I’ve had the idea of starting a blog in the back of my mind for several years, because I’ve always wanted to share my take on all things related to nutrition. Having recently become a dietitian, I feel there is no better time to start a blog than the present. I love to experiment in the kitchen and come up with new recipes that keep me energized and will fuel my runs. I believe in mindful eating, realistic goals, and not avoiding the foods I love! So, you can expect posts about relevant nutrition topics, optimizing health through nutrition, and lots and lots of food.
