Protein-Packed Peanut Butter Dip
It seems like I always get hungry before dinner, so I need a filling snack that will hold me over until my next meal. This peanut butter dip satisfies my constant craving for peanut butter (seriously, it’s all the time), plus I get in a good amount of protein which keeps me full longer, and a healthy serving of fruit when I pair it with a crisp apple. Now that’s a well-rounded snack!
You can scoop this creamy peanut butter dip up with apples, spread it on a banana, or even dip celery in it if you’re feeling daring–no matter how you eat it; it’s delicious. Hopefully it will keep you saying “no thanks” to unhealthy snacks like chips and sugar-coated granola bars!
